The oversight in that bill is a joke. The Secretary of the Treasury, the Chairman of the Fed, the director of the SEC andf the head of the Federal Home finance Agency are its members. It has no teeth, as far as I can tell. They put foxes inside the chicken coop as 'oversight'. Seems that there will be effective judicial review, however, as the proposed bill calls for judicial review in much the same way that all federal administrative agencies are subject to judicial review. King Henry lost that battle in a big way.
