This is spot on, but does he also go on to mention FCB buying? Warburton is an important Bubble writer BTW, his Debt and Delusion essay is in the thread header. Fed came in fairly aggressively with repos, 15.75 B ny.frb.org to replace 12 billion expiring. Market rallied on cue. Tons of issuance to absorb.
