robert, << earnings date >>

Don't know the exact date, but TI being in true form should pre-
announce it soon. What happens with the stock based on earnings is
always beyond my reach. I can give some scenerios that may be food
for thought.
1) Most customers of TI are going to or have already disappointed.
2) Drams will be sick
3) An announcement like 'dumping memories' for $$$ could easily offset
negitive earnings and move the stock up.
4) Who knows, maybe they'll come through. Mixed signal fabs had
only Christmas day off trying to pull in Jan. orders.
Unless you're a trader Robert, I'd sit back and enjoy the game. I
strongly believe the company will finally blow through that 10 billion
dollar barrier once the hi-speed networking pc/tv is in place. The
market will be so big, competition won't even matter early on. Think
of all the current tv's and pc's that will be junk to be replaced.
A new type of couch potato will be born! :-) :-)
