Jason,

Due to the six month price consolidation, I think the stock is looking pretty cheap here when compared to other high growth software stocks. I don't see a lot of downside at these levels unless we see a sign that Wind won't be able to sustain their consistent earnings growth.

As far as the earnings, I think the market will ignore the one time charge and focus on Wind's outlook for the future. However, it would be nice if WIND announces some new products as a result of the NCI deal so investors can get an idea what Wind is getting for its $10M - the sooner the better. Wind really hasn't had any major product announcements in a long time, while INTS has released PRISM and MWAR has announced wins in the high visibility set-top box and java phone areas. The Symbios announcement didn't excite me too much as they have long been one of Wind's reference customers. I2O has been out there for such a long time that I guess we won't see it affect the stock until they directly contribute towards earnings.

The rally in the Nasdaq has actually been going on a lot longer than just today. The averages have been rising for two solid weeks and have shrugged off all bad news. Also, some of the big names are around their all-time highs all of a sudden. It is a shame that Wind hasn't participated at all.

Regards,
Jason
