JCP Israel may bomb Iran or Bush would strike a deal with Putin. Russia and US can stop Iran without war but it would be hard to convince Putin. If Russia would not join than Bush might strike Iran just to prevent Israeli attack. If Israel to strike Iran then Israel would have to take out hamas as well. The US attack would likely to be confined to a sergical strike rather than a war.
