I don't know about Deleware but in most states in civil suits the jury decides in favor of plantif or defendant and RECOMMENDS an award. So it could be more or less than 8 million and may or may not include legal fees. I am told the judgement is for the first infringement. IMHO If they get buy the motions and judge increases the award or adds legal fees we could see quick settlement of the rest of the case.
