JRT. Looks attractive at first glance. Assuming one of the following investors did their homework (and is still in the stock), I'd guess it could be worth a small bet at current price. (Depending on what one's expectations might be, i.e. emphasis on dividend maintenance (yield) perhaps rather than expectation of large cap gain):

Munder
Franklin
Dreman

I might consider a few shares split among a couple of such companies. For example, NRF could/should be looked at too based on this positive article vis. a vis. JRT:
