I hope you can back that up because I have sent a copy of your assertion to the Royal Mounted Trade Commission! I don't know what's more laughable; the AMD-based toilet seat or the clueless rantings of the legally inept and woefully uninformed. On a more serious note, complaints about AMD making patently false statements to investors while hoodwinking their way to new lows don't hold much water with me. The truth, as it were, lies (NPI) in their repeated warning that there will be no profits.

I am not sure what part of no others are having trouble understanding but frankly it troubles me that anybody would seek to dimiss clear and unambiguous warnings of that nature from the CEO himself. I don't think the purpose of this thread, or any other, is to hide the truth. Now, if they want to admit that there will be no earnings but that that has already been priced in so I am all wet behind the ears, then that's fine. That argument I can except, but we should not tolerate the sweeping of publicly verifiable facts under the rug.
