That would seem to make sense James, but it is listed as a "noncurrent" rather than "nonrecurrent" obligation ....and while I may well be wrong...you may be right I take that to mean no cash actually went out the door....rather it was an increase in potential future obligations that required listing. To me, that could have been a hypothetical charge against a potential loss in the Mitsubishi countersuit ....but to tell ya true, I just do not know that much beyond the general about fine points of corporate accounting language. So I would sure welcome comments from anyone that has a precise handle on this.
