I have both IBAS and ITXC so I'm glad to hear IBAS also has a relationship with Bell Atlantic. The IBAS announcement today regarding their relationship with CSCO probably got some attention. Somehow LVLT got left behind the last two days but don't count them out. Short term it's anybody's guess. Long term this sector looks very promising.
