Co-enzyme Q-10 is sold individual in capsule or soft cap. It's not cheap. For example, best dose for Parkinsons is 1200mg a day. That's over $1000 a year. A bottle of 30 100mg caps is 11.95 at walmart. Most of these three-in-ones give you 50-100 mg Q-10. Check the links I gave you. That's probably OK for simple daily supplimentation.

Thanks for the links. Specifically, what does the Q-10 do for you? I don't have any problem with my short term and long term memory so will it do anything at all........or is it preventative for later when one's memory does start to go?
