Hey, gang ... I've got a question.

One of those pesky techie types called me and was questioning some of the claims we've been making. In particular, he was referring to the subject text in the thread overview.

Just so I get this right when he calls again tomorrow, can somebody explain to me in vague generalities what "technology enabled transformation" is? I know it's really good stuff, but can't remember exactly what I was taught in the FBN-Generic-Terms class.

Oh, did I mention this is the Bill Gates guy who has been calling? He says he's a frequent investor in technology companies. We've never met. That explains why I couldn't find him in my High School yearbook. But, I still can't figure out why his name sounds familiar.
