Just an additional note to add to Todd's post: it finally looks like NCES has shaken the looming shadow of its parent NOV in the mind of the street. Even as NOV dips near new lows and gets its bond rating cut, NCES pulls back only modestly from its major breakout. I think the street has finally noticed that NCES has grown and diversified its client base to the point where dependence on NOV is essentially a thing of the past.
