I have shopped at Mill Valley,CA (my favorite); Fresh Fields in Greenwich, CT; Merchant of Vino in Michigan, and all the Florida stores and they all have been clean and well run. There is a different character to the Merchant of Vino shops as they were always more of catering and wine shops and had little focus on organic/health food/supplements. My only disappointment was in the Winter Park store near Orlando as their produce assortment was not as broad as I was looking for. I keep the Mill Valley store in mind as the ideal prototype however.
