Certainly a SpekTek sale would be consistent with the logic behind the sale of MCMS, and may well make MUEI more attractive to a potential suitor. And it may well be that the sale of MUEI by MU would be consistent with a similar strategy by the parent BTW, by my calculations, after closing the sale of MCMS the company should have about $425mm cash on hand, or $4.50/share.
