So, what was the price of the 1 call made? Sorry, couldn't resist. Sounds like Loral will be getting approx $500 million from issuing shares, and spending, net of the premium of $35 million from Soros, $175 million. That leaves about $325 million plus the $200 million or so of cash Loral already has on hand. Good money to have on hand for future deals.
