This seems like a non-event report. I think we have to wait until there is FTC approval of the Intel deal. At that time Dec becomes attractive as a Solutions Company", a takeover candidate, and the NT-5- Alpha sales/performance may be more visable. So for me it is sit and wait another quarter or 2. Rich
