Diog. My comment was to stimulate valuation discussion. Thanks for your input on Dessaur's opinion. I read his book several years ago, but haven't followed him lately..considered him more an authority on international markets. There are some wild cards with CD, but fair value probably in the mid 20's unless something changes..as it inevitably will.
