I hope not.....most times I like the rain. Its just in the recent deluge that its starting to get on my nerves. I know you will think this funny but the unending sun in CA would get on my nerves much more than the rain up here does.

and whatever house you end up buying this year will be worth three times as much. ;-)

Now that would be nice.......maybe I will luck out when I sell my building in LA.
