Dear Haim,

>SUNW may be as low as $45 or lower (and still be grossly overvalued based on projected earnings).

If SUNW goes to $45 I am going to do two things:

1.) Break my, "enough is enough," policy for the first time ever and pick up more shares of SUNW.

2.) Do something I have said I shall never do: Buy those shares on margin if I am out of cash to invest at the time.

I am not licking my chops in anticipation because I do not think SUNW will go that low. BUT if it does...
