I held MediaVision shares right until the day they went belly up because I thought all the rumors about their CEO spending company funds to fly his numerous girlfriends to Paris just couldn't be true. turns out that was the _least_ of their problems. A few weeks ago I got a letter in the mail from people representing a class action lawsuit that was 4 years old- apparently they are just now settling the case, and of the 70 grand or so that I lost, I can recover about 500 bucks if I fill out all the paperwork and go dig up all my confirmation slips. Not worth my time.
