Wayne, Sincere thanks to you. Also, same to Jack Arnold, who seems very sincere and serious about answering your questions for us. He, I think, is more patient with the length of time the devil in the details seems to be taking than I know I would have the virtue to be. Also, from your posts, he certainly seems to be most professional and even-keeled under the stress of the moment with the merger and also many asking him questions on news. (Don't mean to imply we shouldn't by the way). I've seen other cos., even Blue Chippers whose execs just blew off repeated questions from anxious shareholders. Hope all goes well for him and for us in this deal. Meanwhile, nice job, Wayne. Thanks, agn. Best... Ron
