Mike, I think it will be a good deal for Architel. They acquire Accugraph without much dilution. My calculation tells me they will issue about 2.4 to 2.5 million shares to complete the merger. Their revenues will get an immediate boost without any negative dilutive effect.

Architel seems to be well positioned for growth and holding the new shares might payoff in the long run.
