Mark, I believe that 3rdQ earnings are required to be filed around the middle of this month unless an extension were filed. I know that Joe has been very good about filing on time in the past. I believe that in the case of DCI, the M/A activities are of major importance, just look at the impact that the sale of the rights to sell prepaid phone cards thru the W.H. Smith contracts had to the 2ndQ earnings for instance. Since these M/A's are ongoing, I tend to view them not as a one time extraordinary event, but instead as an integral part of DCI's regular earnings. It's significant that DCI has been in the black for several quarters, but the real growth of DCI as I see it has been through M/A's..hence my personal focus on that aspect of the company. James
