dominick, i agree on the practice, i disagree on the microwave lol my practice is tai chi and also some choi li fut my sifu wouldn't let us spar for a year and wouldn't even commit to when we could practice with weapons on the tai chi side he would only teach the advanced students pua kua one of the other internal 'circular' chinese diciplines i guess going with the flow is the way i look at it on the other hand the dicipline gave a very good base if the flow wasn't going your way imho, that's when practice really pays off ynot ;)
