Charles, it's hard to do year-over-year comparisons with this company because they chose to terminate operations that they viewed as dead-end in favor of emphasis on newer technologies. The drop in sales reflects an intentional abandonment of certain product areas (dig back in the archives of this thread -- there are lots of useful posts on various aspects of this). My comments were based on the way the company has dealt with its load of debt, gotten it's balance sheet pretty much in order, and focussed on segments of their business that they think have growth potential. Remember, this stock only made it back from the oblivion of the pink sheets about a year ago... Dave
