Thanks, as usual, for your tempered clarity. But I certainly question whether this is really a debate, since virtually all of your points are disregarded by your "opponents". 35 years in the mining business, eh? Where was mineman last year? And now, the same old malarkey about only wanting to provide badly needed information. There must be some French phrase that covers this...I can certainly think of some in other languages, but will forebear.

As you say, the SI thread is only a small part of the market. It is, however, a very important one to small investors. The biggies wouldn't give mineman a second thought, but those who don't have access to macro information NEED this thread. I can't help it; I hate to see it misused. You know I'm not interested in only good news. This has never been a hype thread, never a rahrah chorus. It has been careful and sober and probing. Now it is noisy.
