Hi Haim, <Join them, do not fight them>, yeah, I've certainly been aware of what's been going on with them, and of course once you know what's being done to the nifties one is tempted to "join the herd". I just fear the funds have to sell between now and the end of October to distribute, & I don't want to buy on the day the funds start bailing on the same day (Oct 27). I do know in the past, they seem to not manage to sell at the lows however <g> At least CPQ's selling for a bargain of only about 5X book vs DELL @ 50X book where when they liquidate, shareholders will each get a nice toolkit <g> BWDIK about following the "right" herd, Tom
