Bob, I'll be looking for a Short target around $45.

I think in the current market VTSS might test some new highs so we
need to keep a close eye on momentum and good news. As I see it VTSS
needs to get lots of positive news out there so that this new release
wont be viewed as being dilutive but when it comes right down to it
the P/S is still sky high so this stock will remain volatile. Which
is good news if your trading this stock.

Personally I dont even bother looking at P/E for stocks like VTSS. I
find it a meaningless number. Can anyone out there tell me why it is
so often quoted? The things that I Value in a high tech company are

Market Penetration Increases
New product Revenue ( total revenue for products released last year)
New product profit margin
Gross Revenue Increases
High Profit Margin
Competition
Keeping costs under control

I feel that Earnings is just a way to donate money to the Govt.
I would much rather a company that invested in extra R&D over one that
declared increased earnings. Any comments?

regards
Robert Talty
