Read Edgar. When the Preferred D's were last issued, there were 20 of them. Now, by calling Proctor's attorney, I find there are 13 left. Now, I read Proctor's 13 D and you saw he sold 2 before the stock dropped. So I subtracted 2 from 20, which left 18. Now there are 13, meaning that Vig-LIAR-olo tried to mislead, or just lied to Wes. Hey, why does Wes feel he is special? If Vig-LIAR-olo would lie and steal from me, cheat Mario, and cheat on other issues, it just shows he is a sneak. What makes any shareholder feel they will be treated differently? Oh, I know, because Vig-LIAR-olo says they are different.
