Nigel,

The stocks listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange are either listed on the A-list or the O-list. For a non-Swede the differences are not important. The main issue is that the lists are treated different from a fiscal point of view. The A-listed companies are considered to be the Blue (everything is relative) Chips of the Stock Exchange. Most stocks on the O-list don't come with a "wealth-tax". The reason for this was an effort by our socialists to support start-up companies by making it cheaper to hold them. There are some other tax related matters to consider too .

Another difference is that most of the major brokerages do charge a higher brokerage fee when dealing with the O-listed companies. An anomaly as Buyers and Sellers are matched electronically these days.

The share price of Biora has been extremely suppressed lately. The upsurge in the share price might perhaps be seen as a sign of relief that at least something went the company's way.
