1. How good a job is Homeland Security doing if we have terrorists who have set up shop within our borders since 9/11?

2. Given all the boy-who-cried-wolf terror alerts we've had in the past 2 1/2 years how much credibility do Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director Robert Mueller have, and by extension how likely is it that they are posturing for political purposes?
