Interesting article that I just read on the PMCS board. It was an article the was from Bloomberg that discussed data networks. It stated that the FCC will vote on August 6 on a plan allowing the RBOC to build data networks. Can this vote help or hurt TLAB? From the informed posters can you let us know if this happens will TLAB's products move in faster?

Can anyone comment on when or if the FCC will allow any RBOC to offer long distance? This will help TLAB if this goes thru correct?
