FDO rejects Nelson Pelz's offer of $55 to $60 per share. Apparently there were many contingencies to the offer, and the stock didn't seem to hold traction after the offer was made: Too many people apparently believed the offer wouldn't be accepted, and it turned out they were right (at least so far). Perhaps the acquirer's conditions will change or offering price improved. I'll not wait: sold 2/3 of my remaining position today @50+ (I've been in FDO since 9/'09, and did not buy any shares in expectation that the buyout would be completed.) finance.yahoo.com
