We don't know that. The state election officials who resist mandatory ID are obviously in the tank for Dems. This is one instance where the Feds should step in and require photo IDs in all the states. The Help America Vote Act tried to address that, but it needs to be revisited and firmed up. Too many states accept ID such as utility bill, social security card, etc. Don't many illegals have social security cards? Here is a state by state rundown of ID requirements.
