US Supreme Court could rule against Democrat's ACORN swindle using government money.

Josh, I think they might get ACORN for alot more than that, although the idea that our taxes are funding these goons is enough to make me absolutely livid.

I think they could make a case for them being in violation of their charter by (obviously) supporting democrats....so much for the .org.

There also seems to be other problems with how ACORN is funded. They've technically been able to obfuscate their money trail by having kind of a shell organization take money under one umbrella (Citizen Services Inc)...... and distribute funds from there. So in effect there's no difference between partisan and nonpartisan funds.....

I'll make you a bet too that they bleed workers between the two. So a worker might push for Obama one day then the next expected to do nonpartisan registrations, (we all know how nonpartisan Obamatons are...<sic>)...more blurring of lines
