Lakota Energy Inc. Announces the Acquisition of 2-Infinity.com, a High Speed
Internet Solutions Provider

Business Editors & Technology Writers

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 1, 1999--Lakota Energy Inc.,
(OTC BB:LAKO), is pleased to announce the acquisition of
2-Infinity.com, of Houston, a provider of high speed Internet
access products for the multi-tenant and hospitality markets
worldwide.
"The acquisition of 2-Infinity.com is a critical element in our
strategy to acquire companies in the Internet arena which have
explosive growth opportunities," said Ken Honeyman, President of
Lakota Energy Inc. He further stated, "2-Infinity.com can show
dramatic gains in growth very quickly, capture a sizeable market
share and in turn, result in enhanced shareholder value."
Majed Jalali, President of 2-Infinity.com said, "We can now take
advantage of the inability of the other Internet Solutions
Providers, (ISPs) in the Houston market to offer high speed Internet
access directly to multiple dwelling units, (MDUs). This
acquisition gives us a strategic advantage and will help us gain a
large foothold in this market. We are looking forward to
establishing 2-Infinity.com as the high speed Internet access
provider of choice in the Houston market and beyond."
Utilizing a "single box" Internet access solution designed by
TUT Systems, (NASDAQ:TUTS), 2-Infinity.com will be able to provide a
"plug and play" product to these target markets allowing high speed
Internet access through existing phone lines that does not disrupt
voice service.
TUT's proprietary FastCopper(tm) technology, allows high-speed
networking and Internet access that require no new wires or cables
and is a large factor in the products' cost-effectiveness. Users
will be able to download files, telecommute, videoconference, browse
and play games up to 100 times faster, (over 1Mbps) than they would
with a standard dial-up connection by using this DSL, (Digital
Subscriber Line) technology. Customers have a secure, "always on"
dedicated connection that is theirs, 24 hours a day without dropped
connections.
Forward-looking statements in this release are made pursuant to
the "safe harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation
Reform Act of 1995. Investors are cautioned that such
forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties,
including without limitation, continued acceptance of the Company's
products, competition, completion problems, technological changes
and other risks.
