Here's a picture. Take note once they roll past 50 it takes time to reverse and those to the right well one can expect a few to stay to the right and the majority to catch up with those to the left. it's a process and it takes time. When the majority of sectors are edging to the right time works for the bull.

When the majority move to the left it words for those bearish.

Keep in mind most were in the 68-88 not long ago and prec and metals were the two to the left of 50 for a long time. Precious metals bottomed just under 6.

Those who are objective and understand the sectors should also understand which sectors will or can out perform and which ones will not.

I prefer to make informed decisions versus BTFD.. OR up we go forever.

One more thing. SOX is sky high and needs to roll as it does semi's will shift LEFT. That would suggest sell into strength or protect oneself.

Lastly take a close look at those past 54. Which ones will lead the SPX and other to new record highs? if you find yourself thinking. AH AH AH.. then RUN FORREST RUN and let others put up their money to buy CRAP.
