Thanks Shape. You were right my cookies were in troubles. I switched my account to DATEK and they are the ones that told me to download Microsoft VM I have not installed it. Just downloaded it. Do you know how I can remove it? All I wanted was that my cookies work. Switching brokers is not as easy as it sounds. But I am very glad I am switching, one of these days it will all be over and I will be running at an even pace. Again thank you so very much. Harold
