(OTC:BB "OCGT") announced today that it's wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeCare
Systems, Inc., ("PSI"), has signed an agreement with USATODAY.com to promote
its healthcare service Web site, YourOwnHealth.com, on USATODAY.com. Terms
of the agreement were not released.
