Yes, low-risk entry and profitable exit points are, of course, the essential parts of trading. If I'm in a play that's going up I look for my target price (I ignore everyone else's) and exit at that point. If I want to play it again I wait for an entry, as long as it takes, I base everything on my own technical analysis which I keep simple but will vary according to the stock. I didn't intend a flippant response to your post, it was just a quick light-hearted reaction. :)
