to all:

Just imagine a 1/6 warrant to acquire a share of solvex stock at $ 22.00 With 33 mill shares out x 1/6 = 5.5 million shares with a strike price of $ 22.00 = $ 110 million. Because the dividend may not possibly be covered by the shorts. The shorts would have to cover.
When the shorts cover, it drives the share price up to $ 27.00.
Solvex calls it warrants in for there 110 million, which is enough financing to complete the project. With enough financing to complete the project, the share price increases to $ 33.
With a share price of $ 33, solvex does a secondary to raise an additional (of 3 mill shares) 100 mill.

just imagine all this because of the short interest
shorts ( thank you very much )
