I like's Tom's method of selling puts to own really good companies at discount prices. Currently, you could sell the Intel Jan 70 Puts for 3 3/8. To think that Intel will still be selling at such a low price in January is outrageous. But if it is at or below 70, you would own Intel for a cost of approximately 67 . . . and at $5 estimate for FY98, that's about 13 1/2 times earnings. Not a bad deal.
