Nonzero, regarding Larry Martin's "exchange":

< Not only did an insider (Larry Martin) get to buy stock at $1.25 per share, instead of paying cash he delivered 6,000 shares of stock (which the company valued at $29.5)! So all longs not only sold stock at $1.25 this quarter, they bought at $29.50 as well. Great trade! >

I find it very hard to believe this is legal. Under what grounds can he do this?
