Caw, caw! Here's what I got back from GGC regarding the PR. "Scott, I appreciate your note regarding the results from the current drill program and agree with your sentiment regarding both the fine results and exactly how it was released. For your information, the news release was sent to the dissemination services Friday December 8th, 2006, after the close of the stock market. The instruction for the release of the news via the dissemination services and the DATE of the RELEASE is December 11th, 2006, prior to the opening of the market. Not December 8th, 2006. It seems that the error lies with the dissemination services rather than with the company. As to your holdings in Genco and speculation regarding the handling of this release that is entirely up to your discretion. However now you have the facts. The release was filed with Sedar on Friday December 8th, 2006, however the company has no control over when Sedar posts information on their site.
