I would love to see middle class gated communities that form in the USA, not on the basis of money, but on the basis of behavior, that only permit people and families that have no crime history whatsoever, no drunk driving charges, no theft, no drugs, etc. Well then you should run for city council on a platform of redistributing home ownership based on an individual's behavior. You'll be able to explain to the voters exactly how the government will determine who is a "good" person and who is a "badly behaved" person (that should be fascinating). People who have crummy homes but good behaviour will vote for you in order to get better home! People who already have good homes but also have good behaviour will vote for you because they'll be able to get rid of their "poorly behaving" neighbors. The only ones who won't vote for you are the ones who realize that they are the "bad" people, and since not many individuals are able to come to that conclusion ("I am a bad, bad person"), you are sure to win in a landslide! Wait, I forgot, there might be a group that won't vote for you because you are a looney bird, but they are probably a small minority.....
