Very good answer. I agree there are substitutions that can be made. I would like to see intra city fleets start converting to CNG - that could happen pretty quickly. Ah - but we have $2.60 gas in Ohio now. I actually would support a tax on gasoline with the money rebated somewhere else - but that is the kicker - it would never be rebated. Somehow we have to maintain the current conservation and not lose the momentum to development of new technologies - other than ethanol! Bob
