Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland is quoted as saying that Ohio is suffering because of 8 years of Bush. What happened to State’s Rights (to Govern and take the blame, or praise for a job well done…?) Also how many Governors have asked for even a shred of Federal help??? What Federal Government programs for Ohio has Ohio taken? Maybe Ohio should have ZERO Federal funds.... BTW....DON't let any government impose any more taxes on anything...including fuel. Instead, give rebates to those who convert their cars and trucks to Natural Gas, just as soon as there are convenient ways for people to get NG and it is at a cost less than petroleum based gas.
