Lazarre: I don't know enough about the Tobacco matter to comment intelligently and like David Kendall, I hate hypothetical questions.

As for Armey, read my follow up post. But also, I thought we were talking about the IC statute which is limited to "covered persons". A university professor is not covered. Whoever he is alleged to have harassed should in fact sue him if the claim has merit.
