Victoria, Thanks for the news, I didn't read about it until Monday morning as there was a power outtage here last night. I have been in CHPS for several months, in anticipation of the Auburn chip which Intel/Lockheed Martin/Chips & Tech. have been collaborating on--but an acquisition I did not plan on! The proposed buy-out price of $17.50 sounds kinda modest, but that is okay since I am in CHPS at around $10. Ibexx
